Clay Caldwell – President
Clay Caldwell serves as the President of the Rockland Foundation and is the Founder and CEO of SALT International Design. Recognized as a man of vision and with over 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has worked for a number of leading organizations such as Ritz-Carlton, Big 4 Restaurant Group, Escoffier Room and Princess Resorts. Under his leadership, SALT has become a recognized leader and name in the industry. His organizational culture of problem solving through innovative processing provides “real ideas that deliver real solutions.” Clay graduated with Honors from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, and as restaurant entrepreneur, he brings operations expertise, thorough knowledge of restaurant management and creative artistry to his clients.
Mr. Caldwell has the ability to transfer the clients desires into the amenities and finishes that capture the desired cliental. SALT’s vast network of talent transposes into a winning team for the project.

Richard Griffin – CFO
Mr. Griffin currently is President of Mercantile Partners, which is engaged in real estate development and other investment activities in Fort Worth, TX. He joined Mercantile in 1988. Investment activities have included the purchase and operation of local community banks and the management of investment securities. Mercantile also owns and operates the Mercantile Center business park located on Interstate -35W and Meacham Blvd. in Fort Worth, TX. Mr. Griffin received his MBA in 1972 and has worked in both corporate and investment fields. He has served on several Boards and is active in several faith-based ministries. He is also a C.F.A. Michael Blank – Sec/Treasurer
Michael Blank has careers that have spanned over several decades and included mortgage banking, a Savings & Loan Executive Officer, Commercial Bank loan officer, a real estate development lender and a problem loan work out specialist. Mr. Blank’s next career was in the computer business, from actually building and programming computers, to being a national Project Manager where he was responsible for training technicians to install and operate wide area networks with high speed internet access, including fiber optic cables into residential subdivisions. Mr. Blank also gives technical services consulting to a video conference company that has a project for home health care monitoring. Michael and his wife of twenty years live in Dallas, Texas. They have five grown children and six grandchildren that all live in the north Texas region. Mr. Blank has been involved with the National Call to Prayer, since 1985. He shares the vision of the Rockland Foundation and it’s Directors.

Scott Beatty – CIO
Scott Beatty serves as CIO of the Rockland Foundation and has over 11 years experience with technology related companies, including the start up venture North Point Design. Under his leadership, North Point Design has become a premiere full service web design agency in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that services dozens of businesses, churches and organizations. Mr. Beatty holds a B.A. in information systems from the University of Texas at Arlington and currently resides in Benbrook, Texas with his wife Lisa and daughters Kailey and Abigail.

Gregg Hlavaty - Board Member
Gregg Hlavaty serves as a Board Member of the Rockland Foundation and is a principal with Benson Hlavaty Architects, a Dallas based firm specializing in corporate interior architecture. The firm’s project types include corporate headquarters, professional services projects such as law and accounting firms, and complex systems projects such as research and development labs, manufacturing facilities and data center design. He is a Registered Architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects and is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional.
Mr. Hlavaty serves or has served on the Design Award Committee of the AIA Dallas Chapter, as President of the Woodrow Wilson High School Athletic Booster Club as well as a board member of the PTA, Nation Chief and board member of the East Dallas YMCA, and on the long range planning committee of the Lakewood Country Club. He additionally supports the Pre-GED School at the Cathedral, which prepares those without high school diplomas the knowledge to succeed on the high school equivalency exam, and the Wilkinson Center in East Dallas.
